How we handle what you tell us, on this website and in the studio.
What we collect
When you book online we ask for your name, phone, email and a short note about why you are coming in. In the studio we keep the clinical records any dental practice must keep.
How we use it
To arrange and confirm visits, to treat you, and to send reminders you can switch off at any time. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Your insurer, when you ask us to file a claim. A specialist, only if you agree to a referral. Service providers who help us run booking and reminders, under contract.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are kept for as long as Arizona law requires. Booking requests that never become a visit are deleted after 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your records, ask us to correct them, or stop reminders. Call (480) 555-0137 or ask at the front desk.
