How it feels

Each new tray feels tight for a day or two, then settles. Most people find the first week the hardest part.

Steps

  1. Scan and photos, then a preview of how your teeth will move.

  2. Small tooth-colored attachments placed in about 30 minutes.

  3. A new tray every one to two weeks, worn about 22 hours a day.

  4. Check-ins every six to eight weeks, then retainers at the end.

Aftercare

Brush before trays go back in. Keep wearing your retainers at night; teeth like to drift back.

Questions

Can I take them out?

Yes, for eating and brushing. They only work when worn, so aim for 22 hours a day.
